This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid subscriptions and purchases made from EDUSPROUTS PRIVATE LIMITED through the EduSprouts Services. By purchasing a plan, you agree to this policy.
1. Plans & billing
EduSprouts offers a free tier and optional paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually as shown at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
2. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us.
- On cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of the current paid billing period; no further charges will be made thereafter.
- Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund of amounts already paid except as set out below.
3. Refund eligibility
We want you to be satisfied. You may request a refund where:
- you were charged due to a technical error or a duplicate/accidental payment;
- you cancel a new paid subscription within 7 days of the initial purchase and have not substantially used the paid features; or
- a paid feature was materially unavailable due to a fault on our side.
4. Non-refundable cases
- Subscription periods that have already been substantially used;
- Renewals where cancellation was not made before the renewal date;
- Free-tier usage (no payment is involved); and
- Requests made beyond the eligible window, except where required by law.
5. How to request a refund
Email Support@edusprouts.in from your registered email address with your account details, payment reference and the reason for your request. We may ask for additional information to verify the purchase.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
